Hey there,

The new Accessibility Lens is now available to all Oncrawl users πŸŽ‰

Accessibility Lens helps you identify automatically detectable accessibility issues across your website, compare performance between page groups, and prioritize the fixes that will have the greatest impact.

Explore accessibility through the four WCAG principles

Accessibility Lens organizes results around the four WCAG principles:

  • Perceivable: Can users perceive the content?
  • Operable: Can users navigate and interact with the interface?
  • Understandable: Is the content and operation predictable and clear?
  • Robust: Can assistive technologies interpret the page?

Track your average accessibility score and audit coverage, compare page groups, and monitor changes between crawls.

Move from scores to actionable issues

Explore the automated checks behind each score to:

  • Identify affected pages
  • Review audit criticality
  • See the associated WCAG 2.2 Success Criteria
  • Prioritize recurring issues across templates and page groups
  • Coordinate fixes with Content, Brand, UX, and Development teams

Accessibility scores are based on weighted Lighthouse audits. They summarize automated results and do not represent the percentage of WCAG Success Criteria satisfied.

Accessibility Lens uses automated Lighthouse accessibility audits mapped to WCAG 2.2 guidelines. It supports monitoring and prioritization but does not establish WCAG conformance, which requires a dedicated accessibility assessment.
