Hi ,

Crawl alerts now support two additional datasets: Comparisons: Pages and Links.

You now can detect important changes between your latest crawls and monitor link-level issues.

Detect changes between crawls

With Comparisons: Pages, you can build alerts using metrics from your latest two crawls.

Comparison metrics include:

  • the value from each crawl;
  • a delta for integer metrics;
  • an is same indicator for all comparable metrics.

This opens up new monitoring use cases. You can spot pages whose titles changed between crawls or identify pages that gained more than ten followed internal links.

You can start using our ready to use templates:

Monitor individual links

The Links dataset lets you monitor links directly instead of filtering pages.

You can now track issues such as:

  • the volume of internal links pointing to 404 pages;
  • followed external links;
  • other link-level conditions defined through OQL.

These new datasets make crawl alerts more useful for detecting technical SEO changes before they turn into larger issues.
